Megan Thee Stallion Sued by Cameraman For Forcing Him to Watch Her Be Intimate in Car
United States rapper Megan Thee Stallion is following in the footsteps of entertainment mogul Sean ‘P.Diddy’ Combs after being sued by a former employee for sexual harassment.
The Cobra rapper’s pristine image is at stake after a cameraman alleges that he was forced to watch her be intimate with another woman.

Emilio Garcia, a former cameraman for Megan Thee Stallion, claims that he was subjected to an uncomfortable experience while working with the hip-hop star. According to Garcia, he was confined in a moving vehicle with Megan in a foreign country, where he allegedly witnessed her having relations with another woman.
In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Garcia revealed that after the incident, he was warned not to discuss what he had seen, now he is bravely discussing what he saw in court.
Garcia recounted that he accompanied Megan Thee Stallion on a trip to Ibiza, Spain in June 2022. He claims that during a car ride with Megan and three other women after a night out, Megan and one of the women began to have relations next to him in the moving car.
“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,” Garcia told NBC News in an interview.
The morning after the incident, the rapper asked Garcia whether he had witnessed her get freaky with another woman, and when he confirmed he had, Megan instructed him: “Don’t ever discuss what you saw,” the suit states.
Garcia claims Megan subjected him to derogatory remarks about his weight, despite her public advocacy for body positivity. These insults left him feeling degraded and demoralised.
“To hear someone who advocates about loving your body tell me these things,” Garcia said in the interview, “I felt degraded.”
Termination of Services and Legal Battle
Upon their return from the trip, Garcia noticed changes in his working conditions. Garcia claims that his compensation structure was altered, resulting in diminished bookings and a shift to a pay-per-task system, effectively reducing his income.
Despite remaining on the schedule for a job in June 2023, Garcia alleges he was abruptly informed by Roc Nation, Megan’s management, that his services were no longer required
